Couldn't stay longer.

The view was NICE, the staff was helpful. Superior queen room overlooks the city and includes an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

The bed in our room was a bit hard.

We had a wonderful time at this place, loving the location, views, and our room with a bidet; also, the nearby Jobaksa Naengmyeon restaurant is just a short walk away.

The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful lake. the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and attentive, providing a welcoming start to the day. the internet speed was very fast and reliable.

Parking was a bit of an issue, as the underground parking can only accommodate small cars. If you're driving a bigger vehicle, finding a space outside of the hotel is a real challenge.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The lake view from our room was truly breathtaking and made our stay feel magical. Apart from the location in front of the lake, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, providing us with lots of dining options. Moreover, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained - we particularly enjoyed the bathroom in our room which felt luxurious. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were exceptionally attentive and made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the assistance of the parking attendant who ensured our vehicle was safe and secure throughout our stay.

We stayed at a hotel with a perfect location in front of a beautiful lake, surrounded by a variety of restaurants. the room had a pleasant view of the lake along with quick internet speed. the attentive staff made breakfast an enjoyable experience. the bathroom was stunning with modern features.

There was limited underground parking available, causing a hassle if you have a larger car.

The parking garage was inconvenient for our car as it was quite large. We had trouble finding parking spots outside the hotel. The location was not very central, making it difficult to find shops or restaurants nearby. our xmas experience at the hotel was just okay.
